Look, I take back the things I said on February 28, 2013, because Ive completed the game! I can even give you some tips on the last 3 levels!
Level 99: They really arent kidding. Just shoot the apple, but it will take timing.
Level 100: The answer is D: Orangenose.
Level 101: Just knock on the door 3 times with 2 fingers, and the stupid boy will open the door for you.
